Finance & Admin Manager, Part-Time – Andover – £35-45k FTE (Negotiable based on qualification and experience)

Technical sales and distribution SME with c£2m Turnover in the UK seeks a Finance and Admin Manager for c22.5 hours a week.  Exact hours are negotiable but someone who can offer some flexibility for busy periods would help.  This position requires taking accounts to both trial balance using bespoke software and then producing monthly management accounts to P&L and BS level.  Ideally you will have experience in reporting these kind of numbers into head office.

This is a small and friendly office and the role requires a hands on “SME” candidate who is willing to help out where required.  In addition to your finance duties, this will include answering the phone, taking sales orders and helping to cover absence from other team members.

Other finance duties include:  Bank recs, AP & AR, payroll, Excel reports, commissions, variance analysis etc.
