Really interesting role for ACA looking to move from a top 8 practice (newly qual up to manager level) or currently working in a group head office and looking for a new challenge. My client is an AIM listed technology business.
Base salary will be in the £50-65k level depending on PQE and experience with a bonus of c10% PA and blue chip benefits that are award winning.
You will work in a small head office team and be part of the annual statutory cycle of annual and half year reporting. But the main thrust of this role will be to help new European acquisitions integrate with the PLC. As such this role is highly commercial and will suit someone not looking for a standard group or reporting type role for their first move.
As such my client is looking for a personable ACA with PLC audit experience who has a business partner facing personality and will enjoy working with operations to help them understand and execute corporate governance requirements.
This role will involve some European travel (possibly a week a month) but the new hire will be able to manage this rather than be forced into a rigid timetable.
The head office is also the UK finance head office so there is a large finance community as well as operations on site as part of your larger team.
Future progression is excellent, either into a bigger group role, possibly internationally or into a mainstream or commercial finance role.
